Although I would much rather eat my avocado and bananas, I sometimes make the sacrifice and treat my hair by using them to make a super easy DIY deep conditioner. All you need to do is throw in all the ingredients below in a blender and there you have a super moisturising conditioner. If you want to add mayonnaise or egg to it to make it into a protein treatment, that’s fine. Whenever I use it, my hair is always super shiny and feels really soft.

Ingredients properties

Coconut milk/Coconut oil The benefits of pure coconut oil is endless both internally and externally. Coconut oil is rich in vitamin E, vitamin K and iron.  It is know to reduces protein loss when used in hair Fatty acids bind to the protein in hair and protect both the roots and strands of hair from breakage. Lauric acid is found in coconut oil and is known to have better results than other oils when it comes to improving hair health. Moisture is essential for healthy hair and regular and consistent use of coconut oil is a beneficial technique. By penetrating the hair shaft, coconut oil protects against environmental impurities and excess heat.The natural antioxidants and nutrients found in coconut oil will deliver critical resources to improve your hair’s softness and luster.The scalp and hair are high in bacterial content, but coconut oil is an effective remedy to deal with the issue. Banana It is a versatile fruit that contains many nutrients including vitamins A, B, C and E along with minerals like potassium, zinc, iron and manganese. Banana is rich in potassium, natural oils, carbohydrates and vitamins which help in softening the hair and protects the hair’s natural elasticity preventing split ends and breakage. Banana is know to create manageability, shine, growth and controls dandruff.
